Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working at some of the world’s most innovative companies—Google, Walmart Labs, and Macy’s—where I led AI and cloud transformation initiatives. These roles gave me a front-row seat to the incredible potential of AI to revolutionize business operations. But they also revealed a consistent challenge: inefficiency.

‍At Macy’s, I was tasked with scaling AI systems to support personalized customer experiences and efficient inventory management. While we achieved $100M+ in annual revenue impact, I saw how many traditional tools and processes held us back.
