Your Role
As our Founding CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technical vision, architecture, and engineering team. You’ll lead the development of cutting-edge AI systems, play a key role in shaping our strategy, and work alongside seasoned founders with a track record of successful exits.

What We're Looking For
- A builder at heart who's excited to create something transformative from the ground up
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with a strong track record in both traditional software and AI/ML
- Deep experience with AI/ML systems, including LLMs, agents, embeddings, and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proven track record of architecting scalable systems and building engineering teams.
- We have a bias towards action. You should have good working knowledge of rapid application development and prototyping skills.
- You want to help organizations utilize the latest AI technologies to unlock real business value
- Meaningfully impactful experience preferably at both large enterprises and startups
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong background in full-stack development with modern frameworks and languages
- Experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems
- Experience building and deploying production-grade SaaS systems
- Track record of leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in scalable and secure cloud architecture on multiple platforms like AWS, GCP etc
- Strong working knowledge and expertise in engineering and data pipelines and devops
