Your Role
As our UX/UI Designer, you will:
- Envision & Design: Create user-centric interfaces for our AI-powered applications, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and elegance.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design decisions with product goals.
- Prototype & Iterate: Employ rapid prototyping techniques to validate concepts quickly, gathering user feedback and refining designs.
- Champion the User: Conduct user research and usability testing to shape design strategy, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and seamless.

What We’re Looking For
- Design Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design, preferably with exposure to SaaS or data-rich platforms.
- Prototyping Mastery: Comfort with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, coupled with a penchant for quick iterations.
- User-Centric Mindset: Demonstrable success in translating user needs and research insights into impactful design solutions.
- Visual Design Skills: Ability to create cohesive styles, typography, and layouts that balance functionality with aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Enthusiasm for working alongside engineers, data scientists, and product managers in an agile environment.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, from user flows to polished UIs.
- Practical Understanding of user research methodologies, A/B testing, and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Strong Communication Skills for presenting design concepts and providing clear, actionable feedback.
