Your Role
As our Head of Business Development, you will:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive meaningful partnerships, revenue growth, and brand expansion.
- Build Relationships: Forge strong alliances with enterprise clients and technology partners to amplify our market presence.
- Shape the Product-Market Fit: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and evolving AI trends.
- Lead & Inspire: Build and mentor a high-performance BD team, fostering a data-driven and results-oriented culture.
- Represent IntellusAI: Serve as a key spokesperson at conferences, events, and in industry networks to promote the company’s vision and offerings.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Business Development Experience: 8+ years of driving deals, partnerships, and market expansion—ideally in B2B, SaaS, or AI/tech startups.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities, craft deal frameworks, and execute effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML, data-driven solutions, or other frontier tech is highly desirable.
- Leadership: A track record of building, managing, and inspiring top-tier BD or sales teams.
- Bias Towards Action: You thrive in dynamic environments and can move quickly from strategy to execution.
- Collaborative Mindset: You’re comfortable partnering with engineering, marketing, and product teams to achieve aligned objectives.
- Startup & Enterprise Exposure: Experience in both large enterprise sales cycles and high-growth startup environments is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong network and partnerships within enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to target setting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Understanding of AI and emerging tech trends to effectively position IntellusAI’s offerings.
